1 Sugar (Ground/Powdered) 15.00 Kgs
2 Vegetable Fat 7.50 Kgs
3 Salt (Optional) 5 Gms
4 Aspartame 2 gms
5 Vegetable Fat 600 ml
6 Soya Flour 100 gms
7 Soya Lecithin Oil 125 ml
Procedure
i.Beat the Vegetable Fat in a planetary mixer for 5 minutes till semi-soft.
ii.Add other ingredients slowly.
iii.Mix at high speed for about 15 minutes till the cream is light and fluffy.
iv.Climatic changes may require fat proportion to be changed.
